Cancellation Policy
READ BEFORE BOOKING
•Deposit will not be refunded or used towards new appointment if the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to original appointment.
•If appointment is not confirmed by the automated text that gets sent out 72 hours prior to the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled.
•No show will be considered after 10 minutes of no arrival from set appointment time.
•No shows will be charged a 100% fee and deposit is non-refundable. In order to rebook after this occurrence full payment upfront will be required on service.
